  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If any product is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you promptly.


2. Delivery Timeline

We deliver across India within:

Delivery time may vary based on:

  • Your location
  • Courier partner availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays

Remote and rural areas may take an additional 1–2 days.


3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted and reliable courier services:

  • India Post
  • DTDC
  • Other registered courier partners based on pincode & service availability

Our system automatically selects the fastest and most reliable courier for your location.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Delivery pincode
  • Weight of the parcel
  • Courier charges

We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible, especially for students.

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number
  • You will receive a link to track your order online
  • Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch

You can check shipment status at any time using the tracking link.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 1–3 times.
If you are unreachable or unavailable:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges may apply

Please keep your phone reachable until delivery is completed.


7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may face:

  • Delay
  • Delivery failure
  • Return to sender

In such cases, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please double-check your address before placing the order.


8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the parcel arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Record a video or take photos immediately
  • Contact us within 24–48 hours with proof

We will assist with replacement or refund as per our policy.


9. International Shipping

Currently, GK House ships within India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
