This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work on our website.


1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your Order ID.

If the order is already packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

After Shipment

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation cannot be processed.
  • You may request a return only if the item is damaged or incorrect (see below).

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Damaged Product on Arrival

Books that arrive torn, bent, wet, or physically damaged.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a book different from what you ordered.

Printing Defects

Blank pages, missing content, or major publisher printing issues.


3. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos/video proof of:
    • Damaged areas
    • Packaging
    • Wrong product received

Books must be in unused condition.

If proof is incomplete or the book shows usage marks, return cannot be approved.


4. Refund Policy

Once a return is approved:

✔ Refund will be processed as:

  • Bank Transfer / UPI OR
  • Store Credit (if preferred)

✔ Refund Timeline:

  • Typically 3–7 business days after approval

Refund amount will be:

  • Product price
  • Shipping charges (only if we are at fault: damaged/wrong product)

Shipping charges are not refunded if the customer cancels or returns for personal reasons.


5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Books damaged due to customer handling
  • Orders placed with incorrect address or contact details
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Minor printing variations or edition updates
  • Orders cancelled after shipment

All sales are final except in cases of damage or wrong product.


6. Replacement Policy

If the product is eligible for replacement:

  • A new book will be shipped at no extra cost
  • Replacement depends on stock availability
  • If the book is out of stock, refund will be processed instead

7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address
  • Wrong phone number
  • Customer unavailable to receive the parcel

Refund will not be issued.
You may need to pay additional charges for re-shipping.
